On behalf of our fellow Haitian citizens, I encourage the president-elected Mr. René Préval and Prime Minister Mr. J-E Alexis to take action against the Turks and Caicos Islands for deliberately committed deadly terrorist acts against the citizens of our beloved country. These crimes against our nation are unacceptable. As to the government of the Turks and Caicos Islands, I demand a public apology to our nation for the killing, and the illegal jail of our people. During my administration I will not tolerate these criminal acts against our country, men, and women. I am well prepared and ready to defend the interest, and respects of the Haitian people around the western hemisphere of Caribbean nations.
