My plan-of-action for Haiti in 2011

 

Welcome Montresor's economic and government plan of action:

My economic and government planning provides justice, social benefits, public services, and regulations to our people from all ten departments without privatized public services. Why not privatize our public services? In my view, privatization is not good for everyone’s welfare in a country where finances, jobs, and healthcare are limited to the few.

Once elected president, my immediate plan-of-action for the first 12 months is as follows:

  1. I will set up an economic coalition to create and establish a federal government apart from the executive branch of government.


  2. I will set in place Haiti’s new economic social ID and monetary system.


  3. I will set up individual and business registrations.


  4. I will establish electricity as a priority 24/7. Let there be light!


  5. I will set up all new food market distribution programs.


  6. I will establish an all new Nationale Force Army D'Haïti apart from the police force.


  7. I will reinstate the Marine Haitienne with an all new name: MAF, meaning Marine, Areoport, and Frontiere.


  8. I will elect local governors for all ten departments of Haiti.


  9. I will set up local justice departments for all ten departments of Haiti.


  10. I will set up local police forces for all ten departments of Haiti.


  11. I will reorganize the transportation system.


  12. I will decentralize the coalition’s advisors of tourism.


  13. I will decentralize the economic coalition’s advisors. ??


  14. I will decentralize the military coalition’s advisors. ??


  15. I will decentralize the president’s special Diasporas coalition advisors.


  16. I will set up coalition advisors overseeing the cleanup of our entire country’s trash system, “Fatra,” and will include a recycling program.


  17. I will set up a special investment program for all Diasporas to invest in the country’s rebuilding program and information structure without limitation.


  18. I will amend the constitution to allow dual citizenship for all Haitians.


  19. I will introduce an entirely new currency.


  20. I will decentralize the Haitian people from the capital to the provinces by creating jobs and housing.
