International Plan-of-action |
Haiti 2011 |

Haiti’s Historic and International economic Plan-of-Action After much consideration, evaluation, and strategy planning about the international community’s involvement in Haiti, I have come to the conclusion that we must include the international bodies in the development and reconstruction of Haiti, and let go of the UN forces. We need the international community As a future presidential candidate, I understand the value and position of the international community’s involvement in Haitian society, and I am taking action based on my national and economic contribution plan-of-action. This plan is to implement and describe very clearly what my intentions are so that no confusion or delusion of my leadership will arise when elected president in 2011. I am sure the international communities are aware of Haiti’s division, and they know Haiti cannot remain stable unless wealthier countries intercede and make an effort to contribute and help development. Haiti has been failing miserably for the past 200 years, as we all know. I am here to declare an end to this failure. Haiti’s historic concept of development is on its way and is waiting for the year 2011 to explode. I am ready to work with the international community I am ready to work together with the entire international community in solving the long-suffering problems of poor planning, poor management, and poor governance that continually plagues the Haitian government. Under my leadership, Haiti’s economy will jump-start in every department and sector of our country. This will happen immediately once I am elected as president. I will explain in detail how the international community can unite to help contribute to a better Haiti. The international community is ready to help I firmly believe the international community is ready and willing to help Haiti become a productive and self-sustaining society. My vision and direction for the international community will create a clear plan for them to follow. They will see immediate results from their contributions to Haitian society within the next few years. They will see unprecedented growth such as has never been seen in Haitian history. This economic plan-of-action is a win-win for all countries involved in Haiti’s future because of the unique concepts. Reviewing past international contributions Let’s review the way the international community contributed to Haiti in the past and how the funds were distributed or used by the Haitian government. An example is how the U.S.A., Canada, and other countries come to Haiti to offer contributions. The international community promises the Haitian government one billion dollars. The Haitian government is excited at the prospect and is ready to take possession of the money, but the international community often requests a plan of how the money will be used in the country before it releases the funds to the Haitian government. Haitian government officials often do not have a plan of how to wisely use the funds. If they do receive money, it is difficult to see any major and clear results because the funds are often not enough. In return, the Haitian government starts playing games with no specific visionary plan. Without fail, the international community responds back to the Haitian government and nothing is accomplished. The same cycle repeats itself. This repetitive cycling is one of many reasons why I personally believe Haiti never moves forward in development and equality. So, ladies and gentlemen, let us change history for good. Let’s do something that has never been done before in world history. My economic contribution plan My economic contribution plan-of-action for the international community is as follows. I invite our international community friends to come together in unity with my government once I am elected president. I invite them to participate in an open sponsorship bid for each of our 10 departmental sections of the country. Haiti needs as many sponsor countries as possible. For example, two or three countries may team up to sponsor one individual department. An example of my economic plan-of-action is if the U.S.A. places a bid of 500 million dollars for Haitian economic development. Then Canada, or any other country, can place a higher bid of 650 million dollars. Once the auctioneer rules out that department goes to the highest bidder, and the entire contributed funds go to that government department for development of infrastructure, public schools, new airports, tourism, electricity, seaports, transportation and roads, etc. A sign will be placed at the entrances of each department with the sponsor country’s name, such as “Welcome to Cap-Haitian, proudly sponsored by Canada.” Canada can concentrate on pooling resources and can promote this particular town of theirs to compete against other towns sponsored by the United States or France. Government Incentive Provision My government incentive provision offers many benefits for countries who contribute to Haiti’s economic plan-of-action: Haiti will provide the citizens of each sponsor country with vacation travel discount voucher booklets for visits to all 10 departments. The booklets will provide discounts for food, internments, and hotel lodging. There will be special foreign VIP information booths at airports and sea ports to represent and welcome citizens of sponsor countries. There will be a special 25-year tax-free plan for investors from the sponsor country. This tax plan will stimulate foreign capital investment and increase foreign investor profits in record time. I will introduce a new immigration law for permanent residency and a citizenship plan-of-action for proud investors of Haiti’s economy. Why not Haiti? In the past 200 years, Haiti has been unstable when it comes to establishing true democracy. Due to lack of vision, Haiti has become dependent on other countries for everything. Haiti hasn’t been able to attract major foreign investors in developing countries, but today I am here to tell the world that Haiti is ready to put its act together in making a historic turnaround in order to attract major foreign investors worldwide. The people of Haiti and the credible leaders of Haiti are eager to clear our name and reputation from the international community’s economic black list. Haiti’s natural resources are still undeveloped and we have more to explore as we progress as a nation in the western Caribbean nations. Haiti’s friendly and loving attitude will pave the way for Haiti to become one of the world’s favorite places to go for its paradise vacation spots and it’s affordability. Once adopted by the international community, I am confident my economic vision will boost Haiti and give Haiti the ability to move forward. Thank you, and may God richly bless your country as you, the international community, prepare yourselves to join hands in partnership with the Haitian people. On behalf of the Haitian people, I look forward to working with your country’s government. We invite your country’s people to vacation in beautiful Haiti.
